In 1937, we introduced the first truly practical lock forming machine. It significantly cut the time required for making duct and it completely revolutionized the sheet metal working industry.

     Model 20 Super Speed is not available with the optional flanging attachment.

For reinforced 'S' and drive cleats plus two optional auxiliary sheet-edge operations. Combination 'S' and drive cleat scrap cutter attachment available.

Every 8-station Triplex Cleatformer incorporates Lockformer's tri-plate construction and reinforced flat 'S' cleat.

The inboard 'S' and drive cleat roll sets are furnished as standard between plate housings.

The NEW TDC V Rollformer has 12 forming stations and produces TDC flanges at speeds of up to 15.7m/min.

Famous Lockformer quality construction with an industrial motor; high precision bearings; heavy duty three zone chassis; plate head construction; hardened and ground roll shafts all protected with Lockformer's top quality and paint finish. Optional rolls are available for TDC clip production.

The rigid tubeformer machine is designed for automatic production of spirally-wound tubes of high quality from galvanised to stainless steel.

TDF/TDC Flange rollforming use good material and nice manufacture rolls, have Baldor motors, high precision needle-type bearing, heavy chassis plate, Strong box case, hardened and ground roll shafts, also have arc welded steel stands.

Those design promise the machine high quality and long work life. It will take you cost saving benefits.    

Cost effective gorelockers produce standing lockseam elbows and reducers. Change of table can be easily done on this one station machine.

General three different seams are common in the industry to connect the corners of the ducts: button lock seam, Pittsburgh seam and Duct seam.

Button snap lock and Pittsburgh lock can be produced on the Dingcheng lock forming machines.

The Pittsburgh seam shows much better results and can also be used for a higher pressure.
